Please be aware due to hand cutting measurements are approximate.
RIBBON
Both ribbon and ribbon stick should be proportional to the gymnast. If you are unsure it would be best to ask the child's coach. It avoid wrinkled in the ribbon it is best to store the ribbon in a ribbon winder.

SIZE GUIDE:
Junior gymnasts (Rec-level 4): ribbon length 4-5m with junior ribbon stick. Apparatus does not need to be FIG approved.
Senior gymnasts (level 5-10): ribbon length 5-6m with senior ribbon stick. Should be FIG approved.
BALL
Balls should be proportional to the gymnast. The sizes are Junior (15-17cm) and Senior (18cm). The ball should fit comfortably in the child's palm. Balls should be stored in a ball cover and stored in a cool place.

SIZE GUIDE:
Junior Gymnasts (rec-level 4):Some junior gymnasts may need to use a senior size early on (level 4's should consider a senior ball).
Senior Gymnasts (level 5+): Should use a senior ball that is FIG approved.
CLUBS
Clubs should be proportional to the size of the gymnast and should not exceed the distance between the child's wrist and shoulder. Clubs generally fall around mid-bicep.

SIZE GUIDE:
Rec-level 3: should use 36cm.
Level 4-5: should use 36cm or 40-41cm.
Level 5-10: should use 44-45cm.
Please check with your coach if you are unsure which size would be best.
HOOP
Recommended hoop height is at the child's hips. Hoops are sized by the diameter of the hoop. Sizes are 60cm to 90cm. It is recommended that the hoop is stored flat and in a hoop cover.
How to measure:
Measure from the hip bone to the floor while the gymnast is standing upright.​

ROPES
Ropes should be proportional to the gymnast. Ropes will come in 2.5 or 3m length and need to be cut to size. Standing in the middle of the rope the rope should come up to the child's armpits. Tie a knot at the correct height, cut the rope and burn the ends.
